Abstract: In this mini-project I am going to talk about a company located n Spain. I will analyze the company’s position in the landscape, its efficiency and its most important KPI. I will choose the enterprise based in my interest so I can use the information in the future to improve myself and make objectives.

Where do I stand in an industry in terms of revenue and profit?
In France I choose to study the IT industry and I will compare it with Germany.
I think the IT industry have a very good future that is why I am interested.
Analysing the UBISOFT Entertainment SA in the graphics displayed:
As we can see in the first graph, it is obvius that we can put this company in the middle league of all companies.
In the profit vs. cost comparing UBI.PA with the other companies of the same league I can say it has and average cost but the profit made but the company is suboptimal.
In the third graph of profit vs. assets I would tell the profit made but the assets the company has is very low. I can assume there was not a good sale of the products made.
Position of UBI.PA in the competitive landscape
As you can see in the first graph, the company is not in the profit frontier for its league. Having its size you can't expect to have a large operating margin.
In the graph about return on assets vs. liability it is without a doubt a poor company and its performance it is bad.
